Due to the financial and time demands of these exams, register well in advance (we recom six months before your planned departure). • All costs related to language exams or official translations are the responsibility of t ****************************************************************************************** * Obligations During Your Study Abroad ****************************************************************************************** Students sent abroad through ETF scholarships must: • Report to the designated contact person at the host university and, for church or other also to the sponsor providing the scholarship. • Inform the ETF International Office by email upon arrival (provide your address and phon and report any (changes). • Notify the ETF International Office immediately in case of any unexpected complications accident, family matters) that could significantly affect or interrupt your stay.
