The Library renovation – closed from May 13th 2023

From May 13, 2023 to September 30, 2024, our library (and the entire building) will undergo a massive renovation. As a result, the library will be closed, all books will be moved to an outside storage facility, and it will not be possible to borrow or use other library services such as photocopying or scanning.

How to prepare for next year:

• please return or re-borrow any books borrowed before the end of March this year, which you can keep for the duration of the refurbishment

• from April onwards, books will be lent until the end of the renovation.

  you can still return books, but only to the bibliobox (book return box), which is located opposite the reception

• no books or journals will be available for borrowing while the library is closed. However, many books or journals already have an electronic version you can access.

• the borrowing limit will not be restricted during this time

• the library card is valid for all UK libraries, so use other faculty libraries as well

• visit the library during Saturday opening hours on March 18 and April 22 from 10am-2pm.
