Věra Fritzová  Cíle projektu: Dvoutýdenní archeologický výzkum na třech místech (plochy 1300, 400, 1100) v prostorách dn zahrady v pravobřežní části údolí Rafajím navázal na projekt E. Eisenberga z roku 1988. Na místo jsme se vrátili, abychom odkryli zbytky osídlení v jedné z vesnic v daném údolí a dů prozkoumali. Součástí výzkumu byl sběr vzorků (zvl. sedimentů a organických materiálů) pro aby bylo možné přesněji datovat osídlení lokalit, která je jednou z klíčových pro stanoven rozvoje městské kultury v blízkém Jeruzalémě. Identifikovány byly dvě hlavní fáze osídlení bronzová (cca 2200-1950 př.Kr.) a střední doba bronzová (1950-1550 př. Kr.). Přesnější výs zveřejněny po laboratorním zpracování, které nyní probíhá.
