Here we will walk you step-by-step through the admission process for our Bachelor’s study programme Protestant Theology. Please read carefully the information below.

*We strongly recommend that all applicants from countries that require a visa to stay in the Czech Republic submit their applications as early as possible. You are responsible for organising your legal stay in the Czech Republic, and the visa application process can be lengthy. Please read about the visa process carefully before submitting your application. You don't need to be concerned; we will fully assist you with your admission.
Charge for an on-line application: 1500 CZK
The entrance examination takes place in one round and has one oral part.
Discussion with the entry-exam commission about the applicant’s motivation for study and about his or her understanding of theology. The applicant chooses and reads at least two of the titles listed below. The discussion will be based on this lecture.

Conditions for admission: Admission to Bachelor's studies is conditioned by completed secondary education confirmed by a school-leaving certificate.
Tuition fee for studies in a foreign language: 25000 CZK / year
Your applications have to be submitted online through the application portal.
In case you want to make changes to an already submitted application, please email us at – do NOT start another application for the same program! Duplicate applications cannot be accepted.

First, our Study Department will check your application to make sure all your required attachments have been submitted. In case anything mandatory is missing, you will be contacted and asked to remedy the situation. The English proficiency documents will also be checked for the required minimum. Applications that don’t comply with the required minimum English proficiency or aren’t complete by the deadline will not be evaluated.
After the deadline, the committees will receive the applications with all attachments. Then the committee will invite you to an entrance examination. They will assign points in various evaluated categories and decide on acceptance or rejection of the applicants.
Approximately 3-4 weeks after the deadline, the results will be sent out via email. You will receive them at the email address that you filled in the application. The points breakdown will be available in the application portal.
