As of 23 June 2026, online enrolment in the second and subsequent years of study is available at the Protestant Theological Faculty through the Student Information System (SIS). This has been made possible by the introduction of electronic study plans in SIS.
The enrolment procedure is simple. Log in to SIS using your login credentials. Select the “Summary of exam results” module and then choose the last tab, “Validations”. Click the “Submit request to the study department” button. Your request will then be sent to our Student Registry, who will process it within one week, or within two weeks during the summer holidays. The enrolment request must be submitted through SIS by 28 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. at the latest. This deadline is stipulated in the Academic Calender.
Before submitting your request, we also recommend that you use SIS to check whether you have fulfilled your study requirements. This will enable you to determine whether you have earned enough credits to progress to the next year of study. The number of credits required for progression is specified in the Rules for the Organisation of Studies at the Protestant Theological Faculty of Charles University.
The minimum numbers of credits required for enrolment in the next year of study in the bachelor’s specialisations “Protestant Theology,” are as follows:
a) 40 credits for enrolment in the second year of study;
b) 80 credits for enrolment in the third year of study;
c) 120 credits for enrolment in the fourth year of study;
d) 140 credits for enrolment in the fifth year of study;
e) 160 credits for enrolment in the sixth year of study.
Credits earned in individual years of study are cumulative.
The final possible date for taking examinations and completing course requirements whose credits may be counted toward enrolment is 25 September 2026, when the examination period ends according to the Academic Calender.
Examination and course credit results must then be entered into SIS by 28 September 2026 at the latest. After this date, SIS will be closed for the entry of assessment results.
